WMG Inside Sales Representative
Synopsis
Seeking an outbound customer focused individual to join a team to provide sales support to channel partners for Global 360 WMG products targeted primarily at content-centric applications with a heavy emphasis on document scanning, archive, search and retrieve characteristics. The individual will be responsible for engaging primarily partners via the telephone to assist them in building and maintaining a sales pipeline. This will include lead qualification, web-based demonstrations and proposal development.
Responsibilities will include
- Lead Revenue Generation Projects, for example:
- Maintenance reclamation mailing and follow-up calls
- Additional Seat Promotions
- Marketing Campaigns working with partners
- Qualify in-bound leads and forward to partners as appropriate.
- Provide pricing and configuration support to WMG partners.
- Assist WMG partners in obtaining product information for proposals.
- Review incoming orders from partners for accuracy.
- Provide remote Sales Training for new WMG partners.
- Be able to perform remote product demos via in support of partner activities.
- Provide back-up to other members of the team.
General Requirements
- Sales Experience seven to ten years of either direct, inside or partner management ideally in the content / document / image management space with a proven track record of success in creating and managing a robust pipeline of potential new customer base and territory. And a history of exceeding monthly quota objectives through outbound sales activities.
- The ability to communicate complex technology and value propositions over the phone
- Able to work independently while executing direction in a fast paced pressured environment and deal with numerous activities and limited supervision.
- Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills,
- Possess strong self-management and organizational skills, top-notch oral and written communication skills as well as be highly confident and goal oriented.
- An Associates Degree is required.
- Microsoft Office and CRM Proficient
Additional Information
No relocation available. Legal right to work in US required.
