Professional Services Developer
Role:
Business Development / Implementation / Requirements Gathering and Documentation / Customer Interface
Required Skills:
- Business Analyst experience. Must be able to collect and document reporting requirements.
- Solid understanding of relational databases with SQL scripting with Structured Query Language (SQL) and T-SQL.

- Document Management and Imaging experience a plus.
- Experience designing and implementing workflow systems.
- Experience Installing and Configuring Server Class Software such as MS SQL Server and Oracle
- Experience designing and implementing Web Pages using HTML, Dynamic HTML, JavaScript, JavaServer Pages, Cascading style sheets (CSS), eXtensible Markup Language (XML) and Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations (XSLT).
- 3 years experience computer programming in Java utilizing J2EE technologies.
- Experience with the following Application Technologies: EJB, JDBC, JSP, JSP Taglibs, Servlets, Struts Framework.
- Experience with the following Application Servers: BEA Weblogic, Websphere.
- Experience with Case Manager, NX, EX, ViewStar or FYI a plus.
- 3 years experience in a professional services environment (or equivalent)

- Use judgment and experience to select methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Skills:
- Project Manager with a minimum of five years experience in the software development lifecycle experience required.
- PMI-PMP Certified.
- Business Process Management and Document Management Systems experience required.
- Must have background in human resources business process re-engineering, workflow and imaging.
- Knowledge of HR within the banking industry preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and align business objectives and processes required.
- Strong interpersonal skills along with solid business analysis experience. Must be able to collect and document reporting requirements.
- Proven experience managing projects with budgets of more than $500,000 and one year in duration as well as smaller projects essential.
- Technical and business writing ability essential.
- General experience with IT Project Methodologies and entire project lifecycles for IT projects.
- Experience with general web technologies including Javascript, HTML, XML, etc. a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Project.
- Experience with Case Manager, NX, EX, ViewStart or FYI a plus.
- Travel required.
