Enables users to gain a single view of important data-no matter where it is stored. Organizes and structures document management for business efficiency and speed.

The G360 Case Manager collects all information relevant to a particular customer, task or project into a "virtual folder" known as a Casefolder, which is designed to provide a single and common view-no matter where the data is stored. This folder may contain references to workflow work items, any number of diverse file types such as Microsoft® Word documents, Adobe PDF Files, or HTML Links, as well as objects in external repositories. All the information needed to process a case is readily accessible and available to all, yet tailored to an individual's roles and privileges. Access to aggregated data and processes is intuitive and obvious.

G360 Case Management provides:

Collaboration is made simple by providing access to documents, tasks, deadlines, alerts, and threaded discussions from within a single Casefolder. Project teams or individual users can apply business rules such as task assignments and deadline requirements while tracking and recording progress on work activities. Security on Casefolders is established using Roles and Access Control Lists that determine the extent to which users can access or modify the Casefolder's content. The Case Manager maintains a running history of the changes made and tracks the status of assigned tasks and deadlines to keep processes on schedule. The Case Manager also provides a holistic view of data managed by diverse applications-which can be easily integrated using templates, fields, custom servlets and URL linking.
