Global 360 Recognized as a Leader in Dynamic Case Management Wave report by Forrester Research
In its January 2011 research report on dynamic case management, Forrester Research, Inc. analysts evaluated 10 case management software vendors and identified Global 360 as a leader based on their review of the Case360 solution. The report defines dynamic case management leaders as "providers [who] have all made a strong commitment to offering [dynamic case management] DCM-specific platforms that form a basis of transforming "untamed" business processes."
