Keyfile Features
- Manages many file formats - fax, e-mail, word processor, spreadsheet, scanned images, manufacturing diagrams, text and many more - within the same document.
- Accurately and easily tracks multiple revisions of documents and folders, so that the history of every revision can be reviewed at any time.
- Ensures the privacy of documents by granting up to seven access levels, including read, add annotations, export, and write. Security can be applied all types of Keyfile objects including File Cabinets, baskets, folders, documents, pages, and annotations.
- Apply annotations directly to any TIFF image. Annotations types include hand written, highlighter, typed ("sticky note") and TypeMATICT. Keyfile's TypeMATICT feature allows the generation of on line forms for data collection.
