Process Simulator

Allows users to determine how processes are going to behave and anticipate results.

Enables organizations to test drive workflow to optimize business and mitigate risk.

The G360 Process Simulator enables enterprises to test drive business processes and alternate models. This allows them to determine how the processes will behave in different scenarios, giving them enough information to choose the optimal solution. The Process Simulator provides an environment to model process design, enabling users to see how multiple processes interrelate vis-à-vis departmental and corporate objectives, within a controlled setting.

G360 enables organizations to create process maps that can serve as operational blueprints, and which then can be redrawn to reflect a change in the execution of a process. Implementing a process change simply entails modifying a process map and promoting it for production use-programmatic change is unnecessary. Business processes can be modeled and simulated to optimize time, value, cost and risk. As the optimization points change, companies can make continuous, incremental improvements and adapt easily when existing methods become outdated.

Workflow models can be benchmarked against each other to find the one that is the most beneficial to the organization and to identify best practices. Organizations can evaluate and analyze processes and then move them into a production setting, either as a whole, or piecemeal. G360 encourages continuous improvement by providing the tools to make process modifications without exposing the company to undue risk or expense. Simulations of events that fall outside of the range of tolerance can be created with alternative reactive solutions.

Proposed changes can be modeled, simulated, and tested in a controlled environment before being committed to use. This significantly lowers the risk of introducing change, and enables users to optimize their processes.

Forecasting tools can be used to leverage historical information to help predict process outcomes and provide real-world out-of-the-norm scenarios. Based on this information, processes can be configured, reused, maintained, and fine-tuned by business users with Global 360's intuitive design tools. Global 360 allows organizations to identify redundant steps, bottlenecks, or opportunities for automation, as well as unforeseen outcomes-both positive and negative. This helps organizations keep their processes running smoothly, while augmenting their decision-making and investment strategies. Forecasting Tools also help avoid time delays and the need to predict costs prior to deployment.

"Global 360 allows us to see how much work we are processing and how much time is being spent on each contract. We can reallocate resources and even check on the quality of work being produced by each agent."
