Analysis EngineEnables situational awareness to ensure business objectives are met.The G360 Enterprise Analysis Engine gives the process owners easy access to analysis that is actionable, and contextual, as well as specific and targeted. Process analytics give line-of-business managers the ability to track and measure performance based on real-time feedback, giving them valuable insight into the organization and its operations. Up-to-the-moment statistics about productivity, workloads, goal attainment, and process anomalies enable complete visibility and organizational control. Users can make informed decisions about issues that need to be addressed, because they are presented within context, to help them take the right action. They have the ability to "drill down" into an anomaly and look at the information from different perspectives, giving them greater understanding of the "information behind the information." Historic and real-time data is organized in a multi-dimensional fashion, based on OLAP technology. The G360 BOS OLAP cube and perspectives are uniquely designed to provide complete and robust business process information—including how long it takes to complete the process, the most productive departments, and the cost for performing each task. Process event and contextual data is provided to the Analysis Engine via open interfaces, allowing 3rd party product processes and system events to be included in the end-to-end business process analysis and reporting.
