Official Rules

All submitted nominations are the sole property of Global 360, Inc. (the "Company”), which shall treat such submissions as confidential except as provided herein. Submissions collected from participants and information contained therein are subject to the Company’s privacy policy located at www.global360.com. Participants agree that submissions may be processed, stored and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Global 360 BPMLive Customer Innovation Awards ("The Awards”) and as further described herein, and for any other purposes outlined in our privacy policy.

Rules including eligibility requirements, judging criteria and submission format may be modified by the Company at any time prior to the announcement of the winners of the Awards. Decisions of the Company and the judges with respect to the Awards are final. Submission of a nomination for the Awards constitutes a participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the judging panel. By submitting a nomination, each participant authorizes the Company to use its corporate name and logo in any advertising or marketing material relating to the Awards, without additional financial or other compensation or further permission, including, without limitation, issuance of a press release announcing the recipients of the Awards. Each winning participant further agrees to cooperate with the Company in the production of a case-study and video presentation relating to the Awards and the disclosure set forth in the submissions.

By submitting a nomination, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, action or cause of action arising out of the Awards, participation in the Awards (including any submission) or receipt or use of any award. The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, altered or damaged submissions. Each participant agrees not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim or lawsuit against any Released Party on the grounds that any submission infringes any participant’s rights as creator of any submission.
