Global 360 is pleased to announce the results of the 2009 BPM Innovation Awards. The awards are designed to recognize Global 360 customers for their Business Process Management (BPM) innovation in delivering tangible benefits to their business and customers, and achievement of return on investment.

Global 360 customers and partners worldwide were invited to submit nominations, or be nominated by their BPM project leader or business partner.

A panel of neutral third-party judges selected one winner from each category below to be a BPM Innovation Award winner. These judges included:

2009 Winners by Category

BPM Innovation Award for Excellence in Improving People Productivity

Awarded to the Global 360 customer who demonstrated and delivered significantly higher levels of end-user productivity by supporting the capabilities of their process participants, increasing their collaboration, and enabling them to spend less time on inefficient or redundant manual tasks and focus on value-added activities.

Winner: Innovative Merchant Solutions (An Intuit Company)

BPM Innovation Award for Excellence in Improving Process Productivity

Awarded to the Global 360 customer who has increased process efficiencies, enhanced staff efficiencies, reduced operational costs as well as demonstrate how the Global 360 solution has enabled them to automate and streamline important processes, balance workloads, gain control over critical processes, eliminate manual, paper-based processes, grow business without increasing staff, and gain a competitive advantage.

Winner: Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation

BPM Innovation Award for Excellence in Improving Business Productivity

Awarded to the Global 360 customer who has demonstrated significant operational benefits and generated significant return on their investment, such as increased revenues, reduced costs or improved operational efficiency, improve profitability or increased market share,

Winner: Nike Inc., Customer Financial Services

BPM Innovation Award for BPM Excellence

Awarded to the Global 360 customer who has demonstrated innovation, business impact, sustainability and excellence in their BPM initiatives.

Winner: AIU Holding Small Business

BPM Innovation for Excellence in BPM Innovation (EMEA)

Awarded to the Global 360 customer who has achieved a competitive advantage by automating and optimizing their most critical, complex, and challenging business processes, as well as empowering their process participants to achieve greater productivity.

Winner: Irish Life Group Pensions & Life Insurance, Zarion (Partner)

Winners presented their technological achievements at Global 360’s annual customer conference, BPMLive, and were featured in a press release and at an awards ceremony.
