Overview

The Global 360 Customer Innovation Awards are offered annually to recognize Global 360 customers and partners for their BPM innovation and success in delivering tangible benefits and return on investment to their business and customers.

We want to hear how your Global 360 BPM project helped your organization:

  • Improve business processes and performance
  • Overcome technology and organizational challenges
  • Increase operational efficiencies
  • Empower staff for greater productivity
  • Deliver excellence in customer service
  • Achieve documented or demonstrable ROI

There is no cost to participate. Customers will be judged in one of the following three categories:

  • People productivity
  • Process productivity
  • Business productivity

Nominations for the Customer Innovation Awards for 2010 will open in the Fall of 2009. Until then, view detailed descriptions of the awards categories.

Winners of the second annual Customer Innovation Awards will recognized and awarded at Global 360's customer event of the year, BPMLive 2010.
