Eligibility and Judging

All Global 360 customers worldwide with solutions that are live or in production may submit nominations. Customers may submit as many projects as they like for consideration; however, each project must be submitted separately.

Global 360 partners worldwide may submit nominations on behalf of their customers, if their customers agree in writing to take part in the Global 360 Customer Innovation Awards program. Global 360 encourages our partners to nominate those customers they feel demonstrate dramatic business improvement due to their Global 360 solution deployment. Partners may submit as many projects as they like for consideration; however, each project must be submitted separately.

Nomination Process

All Global 360 customers and partners worldwide may nominate themselves or another customer for the Customer Innovation Awards. Companies may submit multiple nominations; however, each nomination must be submitted separately.

Customers and partners must submit their nomination using the nomination form. The form must be filled out in its entirety but should be limited to five pages. Submissions should focus on benefits to internal and external "customers" as well as process participants (vs. technical implementation details. Additionally, it is recommended that customers and partners detail as many specific metrics on benefits / ROI resulting from efficiencies and cost savings from a workflow or workforce perspective, process automation and efficiencies gained from process improvements, business operational improvements, and where Global 360 solutions have enabled an increased productivity, competitive advantage and/or increased their market share.

Customers and partners can begin submitting nomination forms on January 28, 2008, and nominations will be accepted through February 20, 2009. You may download the form now to begin the nomination process if you like.

Judging Process

Nomination forms will be reviewed by a distinguished panel of experts including industry thought leaders and Global 360 experts. All nominations will be judged objectively with those nominations most closely following the criteria listed above for each award and standing-out on their own having the best opportunity to win.

The judging panel will select the finalist and the award winners.

All finalists and winners will be notified by March 16, 2009. Both finalists and winners will be recognized at Global 360 BPMLive 2009.
