The Global 360 Customer Innovation Awards are designed to recognize outstanding customer and partner achievements using Global 360 solutions. All Global 360 customers and partners are invited to submit nominations to be recognized as a Customer Innovation Award winner. Awards will be presented in the following categories:

Customer Innovation Award for People Productivity

The Customer Innovation Award for People Productivity is presented to the Global 360 customer who has deployed any combination of Global 360 products in a way that results in a quantifiable improvement of people productivity.

Candidates will be able to quantify measurable business impact and demonstrate how the organization has delivered significantly higher levels of productivity by supporting the capabilities of their process participants, increasing collaboration between process participants, and enabling users to spend less time on inefficient or redundant manual tasks and focus on value-added activities.

Customer Innovation Award for Process Productivity

The Customer Innovation Award for Process Productivity is presented to a Global 360 customer who has deployed any combination of Global 360 products demonstrating true innovation in the application of process improvement techniques across their enterprise.

Candidates will be able to identify and quantify increased process efficiencies, enhanced staff efficiencies, reduced operational costs as well as demonstrate how the Global 360 solution has enabled them to automate and streamline important processes, balance workloads, gain control over critical processes, eliminate manual, paper-based processes, grow business without increasing staff, and gain a competitive advantage.

Customer Innovation Award for Business Productivity

The Customer Innovation Award for Business Productivity is presented to the Global 360 customer who has deployed any combination of Global 360 products in a way that demonstrates significant operational benefits and the greatest return on their investment (ROI).

Candidates will be able to quantify a measurable business impact, such as increased revenues, reduced costs or improved operational efficiency, improved profitability or increased market share. For quantifying improved efficiency, candidates will need to provide an explanation of how they measure and calculate ROI.
