As the BPM and Process Optimization disciplines continue to demonstrate their business value and reach mainstream status, it is my hope that this blog will act as an active, collaborative resource for us to collectively discuss and promote these technologies as more organizations begin to reap the benefit of process management on an enterprise scale.
It is also my hope that we interact productively around related topics, share successful best practices, and discuss many of the issue and challenges that individuals and organizations encounter pursuing process excellence.
It is my intention to update this blog weekly and post comments on topics that spark your interest and compel practical and useful dialog. Looking forward to hearing from you.
