    Hi Jim,

We are BPM and Business Intelligence vendors in Middle East catering to wide spectrum of industries. We are interested in promoting Green IT.

Would like to know how much the components of IT(Software, Hardware, Middleware, Infrastructure) contribute to have an optimum IT.

    Thanks and regards

    Hi Jim,

Since there is unquestionable importnace to BPM education, and on the other hand lots of offerings (academic, commercial providers),do you think it will be a good idea to conduct an analyst report? this might trigger a high and agreed-upon standard.
Who could be challenged to perform such an analysis?

    Thanks,

    Dafna

    Hi Jim
I am currently working for a client and assiting them in defining a ‘roadmap’ to enter the LPO space. Since this is a very new ’space’ in terms of business models, I beleive that one could look at the BPO market and see how these suppliers have set themselves up. Given this assumption I would like some clarity - would I be correct in saying that a BPO supplier would deploy/invest in an ECM architecture? Would the best approach be to a modular approcah to the service offering by for example investing in records management getting this up and ruunning and obtaining some reference sites then moving onto the next offering like content management or doc ormaangement, BPM etc?
What would be the underlying approach to infrastructure (ownerhsip in-house or outsourced or combination) and information management (meta data)?

    Hi Jim,

Our research group is active in the scientific BPM community. We also follow industry blogs like yours to stay in touch with the current BPM topics and demands. We have been asked multiple times to give an overview about BPMN and BPMN 1.1 in particular.

So, we have done an overview poster, which can be found here:

    What do you think?

    Best regards,
    Gero
