Mr. Mitchell is also a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Global 360, Mr. Mitchell was the COO of the webMethods Business Line at Software AG. Prior to Software AG Mr. Mitchell was President and CEO of webMethods, Inc. At webMethods, Mr. Mitchell provided the leadership that was a critical component of the company’s dominant position in the integration software market. Mr. Mitchell joined webMethods as the tenth employee in 1997 and through the years managed every aspect of webMethods’ business. Mr. Mitchell was also a member of the IPO team that took webMethods public in February of 2000. In June of 2007 Mr. Mitchell helped architect the merger of webMethods with Software AG. Prior to webMethods Mr. Mitchell was the director of Network Management at McAfee Corporation. He arrived there by negotiating the sale of the company VYCOR Corporation, where he was President and CEO, to McAfee. George Ellis George Ellis joined Global 360 in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. Ellis served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SoftBrands, Inc., Chief Financial Officer of Sterling Software, Inc., Chief Financial Officer and Founder of Sterling Commerce, Inc., a spin-off of Sterling Software, and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Communities Foundation of Texas. From 1996 through 1999, he was a full time law student and business consultant, providing consulting services to various technology-related companies. At this time, Mr. Ellis is Chairman of the Board of Directors for SoftBrands, Inc., is a member of the Board of Directors of PeopleSupport, Inc., and Blackbaud, Inc., and serves on the Board of Advisors to the law school at Southern Methodist University and the Advisory Board of the Entrepreneurs Foundation of North Texas. He is also actively involved in several civic organizations. Mr. Ellis is a Certified Public Accountant and an attorney in the State of Texas, and he received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas Tech University and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law. John Pierson John provides more than 25 years experience in sales and marketing management to Global 360, providing leadership for Global Sales, Professional Services, Customer Care and all Sales Support Operations across the company’s portfolio of BPM, Intelligence and Optimization solutions. Before joining Global 360, John was vice president of the Americas for Hyperion, responsible for driving sales, services and field marketing strategies in the North American and Latin American markets. Prior to this, John was vice president of the company’s channel organization, strengthening Hyperion’s partnering strategy and relationships with top global system integrators. Previously, John held various positions with Intermec Technologies, including vice president of Global indirect sales and vice president and general manager of North American and Latin American indirect sales. John served as director of global alliances and manager of global alliances and sales at SAP America, where he established a global alliance program and managed sales, marketing and alliances groups. Prior to his tenure at SAP, John held sales and management positions at HP an AeroPulse. Lucy Norris Lucy Norris is Senior Vice President of Global 360’s Work Management Group responsible for business and product strategy, product delivery, services, channels and customer support of Global 360’s departmental imaging, content and workflow solutions as well as Global 360’s information outsourcing business. Lucy has a 25-year background in departmental and enterprise solutions and has held executive and leadership positions in Product Management, Customer Care, Product Development and Business Operations. Lucy joined Global 360 at its inception in September 2000 having spent two years with Eastman Software, Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Eastman Kodak Company) and seventeen years with Wang Laboratories, Inc. In addition, Lucy is the executive accountable for Global 360’s alliance with Microsoft. Steve Russell Steve Russell joined Global 360 in March 2001 upon Global 360’s acquisition of ViewStar Corporation from Avaya, Inc. Since joining Global 360, Mr. Russell has been instrumental in providing leadership for all research and development and other activities throughout the organization. Mr. Russell has broad experience in managing and developing workflow and data-automation system software. Before joining Global 360, he was chief technology officer of Avaya’s Customer Relationship Management Division. Prior to Avaya, Mr. Russell served more than 10 years in management at ViewStar Corporation. Robert Shapiro Robert Shapiro is Senior Vice President Global 360 and remains President of Cape Visions, now a subsidiary of Global 360. As founder and President of Cape Visions he directed the development of Analytics and Simulation software now used by FileNET, Fujitsu, PegaSystems and Tower Technology Business Process Management products. Prior to founding Cape Visions, Mr. Shapiro was a driving force in the creation and promotion of graphical techniques for modeling, analyzing and simulating complex systems. As founder and CEO of Meta Software Corporation, he directed the implementation of a unique suite of graphical modeling and optimization tools for enterprise wide business process improvement. Mr. Shapiro is a participant in the Workflow Management Coalition and chair of the working group on process definition interchange; he plays a critical role in the development of international standards for workflow and business process management. Ben Cody Ben Cody is vice president of marketing and product management at Global 360, Inc. In this role Ben is responsible for leading product management and product marketing initiatives across the company’s portfolio of BPM and Optimization solutions. Ben has a broad background in enterprise software, with more than 15 years of experience in a variety of research and development and product management leadership roles. Before joining Global 360, Ben led product management for Inovis, Inc.’s integration software business. Prior to Inovis, Ben held a various product and development management positions at Harbinger, Inc. which was acquired by Peregrine Systems in 2003. Patricia McArdle Patricia McArdle joined the Eastman Software business in 1997 and became General Counsel in 1999. Prior to this time, she was counsel to a publicly held software company. Other positions included law firm experience in commercial real estate as well as in house experience in commercial banking. At Global 360, Ms. McArdle is responsible for a broad range of legal activities of the Global 360 companies, such as licensing, contract negotiation, property leasing mergers and acquisitions. She is also the Chief Compliance Officer for Global 360. She holds a B.A. from Brown University and a J.D. from Boston College Law School. Denise Quintanilla Denise Quintanilla is Vice President of Human Resources at Global 360, Inc, where she is responsible for all Human Resources functions of the organization including employment, compensation, benefits, training and organizational development, environment and employee relations. Ms. Quintanilla has over 13 years of direct experience in Human Resources leading teams and managing operational functions for high tech companies. Immediately prior to joining Global 360, Quintanilla served as Director of Human Resources, Americas/APAC at Amdocs Inc., where her responsibilities included oversight of human resources, strategic planning initiatives, development and management of global policies, and ensuring legal compliance in all American locations. Quintanilla holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Dallas. Mark Alexander Mark Alexander serves as vice president of Finance at Global 360. Prior to joining Global 360, Mr. Alexander served as vice president and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Metavante Corporation’s Image Solutions Division. He has also served as senior vice president and internal CFO for Carreker Corporation’s Global Payments Technology Group; a Financial Consultant for Softbrands Inc.’s Hospitality Software Group; and served as vice president of Finance for TrinTel Communications. Mr. Alexander also spent 17 years with Sterling Software and Sterling Commerce as internal CFO in various Software Divisions of the Company. Mr. Alexander is Chairman of the Board of First Texoma National Bank and serves as the Audit Committee Chairman and member of the Executive Committee of the Bank’s Holding Company.
